1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the RinkWare online booking and ticket portals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Booking & Registration

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during the checkout process.
  • Account Security: If an account is created, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years of age to book parties or purchase tickets. Minors must have a parent or guardian complete the transaction.

3. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

All transactions are processed securely. RinkWare does not store full credit card details on our local servers.

  • Tickets: All online ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the facility is closed for unforeseen circumstances.
  • Parties: Deposits for party bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a one-time reschedule or store credit at the facility's discretion.

4. SMS Messaging & Consent

RinkWare provides updates, booking confirmations, ticket confirmations, one-time passcodes, and occasional promotions via SMS.

Consent: By providing your mobile number and completing your transaction, you provide express written consent to receive automated messages (including booking and ticket alerts, reminders, one-time passcodes, and marketing content) from RinkWare. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time.

Support: Reply HELP for assistance or contact support.

Frequency & Rates: Message frequency varies based on user interaction. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Liability & Waiver

Participation in roller skating and rink activities involves inherent risks. By purchasing a ticket or booking a party, you acknowledge these risks. A separate Liability Waiver must be signed for all participants before entering the skating surface.

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect your mobile number and email solely for transaction fulfillment and customer service. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.
